Trinity Maternal Wellness presents The Momma’s Circle®: Teach & Touch Stress Management Series, in partnership with Amber Davis, LMT Studios and sponsored by Baltimore Healthy Start, Inc.

This FREE four-week maternal wellness experience combines virtual stress-management education with individualized, in-person therapeutic massage sessions designed to support relaxation, self-care, and emotional well-being during pregnancy and postpartum.

📅 November 14 – December 5

Trinity Maternal Wellness is collecting donations for our Momma & Baby Supply Closet Giveaway on Tuesday, October 6.

Needed items:

* Girls’ and boys’ clothing, sizes 2T–5T
* Similac Sensitive, 360 Total Care, and Advance
* Enfamil Infant Formula (Yellow)

📍 Drop-Off: Extra Space Storage, 7205 Oakland Mills Blvd, Columbia, MD 21045

📅 Drop-off dates: September 27 or October 3, 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

Did You Know?

Horizon Foundation is on the front lines in addressing Birth Justice in the region?

Their mission is to work side by side with the community to build power, advocate for policy change and dismantle structural racism to achieve better health for everyone.

Birth justice is a movement that works to ensure all people—especially Black women, and marginalized communities—have the right to safe, respectful, and empowered pregnancy and birthing experiences.

Strengthening Perinatal Health and to improve outcomes in Maternal Health is to address and rectify significant racial and systemic disparities that disproportionately endanger pregnant individuals of color. Through targeted funding and partnerships, the Horizon Foundation's initiative aims to reduce the elevated risks of injury or mortality faced by these populations during and after childbirth.

Pregnant or postpartum and looking for a little extra support? 💕 Trinity Maternal Wellness, in partnership with Arise BIPOC Midwife Arise BIPOC Midwife! by Hello Baby Events , is offering FREE virtual pregnancy and postpartum support visits during September and October 2026.

Families in Howard County and Baltimore City can connect virtually with a volunteer student midwife for education, encouragement, and support.

Your visit may include breastfeeding education, pregnancy and postpartum information, answers to general questions, community resource connections, and information about maternal and baby supplies available through Trinity Maternal Wellness.

🎁 Participants will receive a small participation gift card after completing their visit.

Join Trinity Maternal Wellness as we organize our Diaper & Supply Bank and prepare essential items for families across Maryland.

We’re welcoming one-day volunteers to help sort, organize, and prepare diapers, baby supplies, clothing, and other necessities for distribution.
