Sometimes the right guidance at the right time can change what a young person believes is possible. 💙

The Be. Org is looking for community leaders and professionals ready to invest their time, experience, and encouragement in Baltimore high school students as they prepare for life after graduation. As a Be. Future Ready Mentor, you’ll help students explore college, career, trade, and workforce pathways while navigating important decisions, building confidence, and preparing for what comes next.

You don’t need previous mentoring experience. You just need a willingness to show up, share what you know, and help a young person dream bigger and plan boldly.

Today is Give 8/28. 💙

What happens when a young person is given the opportunity to see beyond what they know?
They begin to see what’s possible.

At The Be. Org, we create opportunities for Baltimore-area youth to explore new careers, build meaningful relationships with mentors, develop new skills, experience new environments, and imagine bigger possibilities for their futures. We’ve watched students walk into experiences unsure of what comes next—and leave with new confidence, new connections, and a bigger vision for themselves.

That’s what your investment makes possible.
Today, on Give 8/28, we’re asking our community to invest in the young people whose stories are still being written.
Whether you give $28, $82, $280, or an amount meaningful to you, every gift helps us continue creating the exposure, mentorship, opportunities, and experiences that help young people Dream Bigger.
💙 Give today. Invest in what’s possible.

From her first Tech Day to her first week of college. 💙🎓

We’ve had the privilege of watching Sy grow, find her voice, step into leadership, and begin to see new possibilities for herself.
This week, she started her next chapter at Frostburg State University, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Sy’s journey is a reminder of why we do this work. Exposure can open a door, but mentorship, opportunity, and consistent support can help a young person believe they belong on the other side of it. And Sy? She’s just getting started. 💙

As Give 8/28 Day approaches, we invite you to invest in the young people whose stories are still being written. Your support helps us continue creating the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that allow Baltimore youth to Dream Bigger.

Two days until Give 8/28. Invest in what’s possible.
