Our How to Biomanufacture Almost Anything (HTBAA) course just wrapped its third session! 🥼🧪🧫

This fall, BUGSS is a hybrid node for this MIT and Harvard course. Our participants range from high school and college students to industry professionals. They meet on Sundays to learn bioengineering and biotechnology at our community lab in Baltimore.

Our How to Biomanufacture Almost Anything (HTBAA) cohort officially kicked off in the BUGSS lab! 🥼🧪🧫

Our hands-on Sunday lab sessions are underway. BUGSS is a hybrid node for this MIT and Harvard course, bringing synthetic biology, bioengineering, and biotechnology concepts to our community lab bench in Baltimore.

Building STEPS is a Baltimore-based non-profit that partners with us to connect local high school students with hands-on STEM education, college prep, and real-world laboratory experience. Check out the students’ agar art creations and hear about their experiences
