Thank you to Mr. Emerson @ Softwash Solutions https://softwashbaltimore.com. for cleaning and power washing our community sign. We could not maintain this iconic gateway without the help of Handy Andy Lawn Care and Landscaping, RAM Landscaping, Tradepoint Atlantic and our members. New flags are up also. Thanks to all.

UPDATE: Lodge Forest Rd. in its 2300 block between North and South Cove Roads was closed in July 2026 because of the collapse of a 1960/70’s-era metal culvert which supported the road crossing over a cove of North Point Creek. The culvert is as an outfall structure to a stormwater management facility. In response to flooding complaints in the neighborhood, a drainage study was done. That study revealed that the culvert contributes to this flooding, as sediment builds up over time and narrows its opening.
DPWT will meet with the community in a few months to present the options and get feedback.
