The Slate Project Committed to Christianity without the crap. Jesus did not create a Church. Jesus did not create Christianity. Join us online and ITF (in the flesh). Join our work!

After his death and resurrection, his followers participated in a movement called, “The Way.” Over time, a new religion called “Christianity” would emerge, but its earliest forms looked nothing like today’s expressions of faith. THE SLATE PROJECT is trying to do something new by asking, “What if we had a blank slate?" "What would we challenge for not working?" "How could we connect with our sacred history?"

We don’t have Sunday morning worship, nor do we have a building. What we do have is a vision for a passionate, intentional community. You’re invited to check out one of our Baltimore-based monthly gatherings and stop by one of our weekly Christianity Without the Crap conversations -- and/or continue the conversation right here. You can give financially through PayPal or Venmo - .
