We are very excited to announce our keynote speaker for the annual conference which is just a few weeks away!

Michelle Li is a Peabody award-winning journalist who anchors the morning show "Today in St. Louis" at KSDK, 5 On Your Side. She also co-launched The Very Asian Foundation in 2022 after going viral when a viewer complained that she was being "very Asian" for mentioning eating dumplings as a New Year's tradition. That set in motion an invite to The Ellen Show, writing a kids' book, and the launch of The May Book Project and the Creators Microgrant program. Michelle now tours the country speaking about what it's like to meet a moment and how we can bring our full humanity to the table.
