The AAIM team wasn't the only one on the road this week!

joined us in Peoria, Bloomington, and Indianapolis as we wrapped up a few HR Roundtables, met with members, and spent time with some great HR leaders.

Somewhere between Illinois and Indiana, she also found time for a stop at the Indianapolis Zoo!

Not everyone gets a travel schedule like that in their first month on the job, and we're so glad she tagged along.

Jennifer had worked with AAIM at a previous organization, so when she joined Doing Steel and the company continued building for growth, she knew exactly who to call. That’s one of the things we value most — relationships that continue across careers, companies, and chapters.
