Whether you are heading down the road for a weekend trail ride or planning a major trip, knowing your rig is safe gives you ultimate peace of mind. Join us for a hands-on Trailer and Hauling Safety Clinic hosted by the TrailMeister himself, Robert Eversole!

By the end of this 4-hour clinic, you’ll be able to walk up to almost any trailer and know within minutes if it’s Safe, Questionable, or a problem waiting to happen.

What We'll Cover:
🔍 Spotting Problems Early: Catch structural and electrical issues before they leave you stranded.

📐 Towing Physics: Demystify tongue weight, payloads, and tow limits in plain English.

🧼 No-Crawling Flat Changes: Learn how to use a tire-changing ramp safely (without losing your knuckles or your dignity!).

We had a wonderful time at our inaugural Wine & Cheese ride! A few folks headed out into Manzanita Park and a few stayed behind and worked in our beautiful arena. Kylee Stanton-Hicks built us a bonfire and we ate, drank, laughed, and enjoyed our 🐴! We hope you’ll join us for the next one on Friday, June 26th!

Join us at the Bainbridge Saddle Club for a two-day Groundwork Clinic with the incredible Lisa Garr! Whether you want to master the basics, refine your under-saddle preparation, or work through a specific challenge, Lisa’s patient, horse-first approach rooted in the Vaquero tradition will help you and your horse find true connection.

🌱 Intro to Groundwork
📅 Saturday & Sunday, August 8 & 9 | 9 AM - 12 PM

Perfect for learning the basics of groundwork in the Vaquero tradition. Teach your horse to respond rather than react, and help them find balance, softness, and security.

💫 Intermediate Groundwork
📅 Saturday & Sunday, August 8 & 9 | 1 PM - 4 PM
💰 $150.00
Focus on refinement, getting softer and lighter, and finding a better rhythm. This session places a heavy focus on preparation for under-saddle work.

🛠️ Troubleshooting (Bonus Session!)
📅 Saturday, August 8 | 4 PM - 6 PM

Got a specific problem? This open-format session is designed to address issues like:

Trailering troubles

Pushy horses/crowders

Difficulty with bridling, saddling, or mounting

Farrier and vet anxiety (picking up feet, etc.)

✨ About Lisa Garr:
Lisa’s horsemanship journey spans from backcountry riding with North Cascade cowboys to exercising show jumpers. Twelve years ago, she discovered the Vaquero style—a philosophy built on softness, feel, and working "as if the horse had a say in how we go about it." Lisa is incredibly passionate about helping humans find a fair, clear way to communicate with their equine partners, ensuring emotional peace for both species. As she says, "It is simply Good Horsemanship—and therefore applies to any and all riding disciplines!"
