WEPA! will play its NY Style Latin Jazz & Salsa music while we dance in the main hall and mingle in the bar. To kick off the night, bandleader & conguero, Malo Castro will give us some salsa dancing tips so we don’t embarrass ourselves too much.

How honored are we to host CHORO DAS 3, recently named as finalists for best Choro Group in the Brazilian national Prêmio Professionais da Música (Music Professionals Award). Elisa, the youngest sister, was named finalist as best female composer as well.

Celebrating WEAVE is celebrating the community we co-created. A community of night life, music & joy. Five years as an arts nonprofit in a post-pandemic reality is no small feat. We couldn’t have done it without the musicians, the DJs, the production crew, the grantors, the grant writers, the poster designers, cocktail mixers, administrators, board of directors, and of course, our dedicated audience. This community rocks.
