State witnesses & closing arguments are slated for tomorrow. The judge anticipates delivering a decision by Friday 💪🏽.

The hearing is now scheduled for April 28–30, and the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) remains in effect.

The court date was extended to ensure sufficient time to fully present the case. Our legal team at Butler Snow determined that one day would not be enough to cover the complexity and importance of the issues at hand. This additional time allows for a more thorough presentation and strengthens our ability to achieve a favorable outcome.

We need action! Send an email to federal lawmakers urging them to include a two year extension for the h**p ban language set to go into effect by November of this year.

An extension will allow us to secure sensible regulations without killing jobs or access to products people rely on.

The current ban will prevent even full spectrum CBD products from being sold. It was snuck into a funding bill at the last minute bypassing the proper process for new legislation. WE CANNOT LET THIS STAND.
