August didn’t end… it sprinted past us with a backpack, an iced coffee, and a calendar full of reminders. 😅

Between back-to-school shopping, supply lists, new routines, practices, paperwork, lunch packing, early mornings, and trying to remember which child needed what on which day… August was basically one long group project that moms managed.

And somehow, we were still running businesses, creating content, answering emails, showing up for our communities, and trying to take care of ourselves somewhere in between.

So yes, we can absolutely believe August is already over. We lived every single minute of it. 😂

Here’s to settling into a new rhythm, and finally making space for yourself after pouring into everyone else all month. 🍃

If August left you feeling like your cup is completely empty, the Mom 2.0 Day of Wellness was created for you. Join us October 8 in Montclair, New Jersey, for a restorative day filled with meaningful conversations, practical inspiration, and genuine connection.

Comment WELLNESS and we’ll send you the details. You’ve taken care of everyone else… now it’s your turn. 🩷

Comment PITCH if you have a great topic 🩷

If they can Google the answer in 30 seconds… it probably shouldn’t be your Mom 2.0 speaker pitch. 👀🎤

One of the best ways to make your proposal stand out? Think BIGGER.

We’re looking for sessions that go beyond information our community can easily find online or ask an AI chatbot to explain.

Instead, ask yourself:

✨ What can I teach from my unique experience or expertise?
✨ Can I take this conversation beyond the basics?
✨ Am I giving the audience a strategy they can actually implement?
✨ What perspective can I bring that they won’t get from a quick search?

There’s a real demand for advanced conversations around technical skills, business strategy, the creator economy, marketing, media and what’s next.

You don’t have to make your topic complicated.

You do need to make it valuable.

So before you submit, ask yourself: “Could they just Google this?”

If the answer is yes… think bigger. 💡

Comment PITCH and we’ll send you the details to submit your proposal to speak at Mom 2.0! 🎤✨

Motherhood gets a whole lot lighter when you realize you were never supposed to figure it all out alone. 💛

There’s something powerful about finding another mom who understands the season you’re in without requiring the whole backstory.

The mom who says…

Me too, I’m tired.
Me too, I’m figuring it out as I go.
Me too, I love my family AND I need something that’s mine.
Me too, I’ve questioned what’s next for me.
Me too, I’m building something while raising people.
Me too, I could use a little more support.

Sometimes you don’t need advice or someone to fix it.

You just need to know you’re not the only one.

That’s why community matters so much. Not because we all have the same lives, businesses, families, or goals… but because being surrounded by women who get it can change everything.

Send this to the mom who has given you a much-needed “me too.” 💛

Some people leave behind songs. Some leave behind stories. Dolly Parton leaves behind generations of people whose lives are better because she was here. 🤍

Today, we remember an icon not only for the music she gave us, but for the way she consistently used her success to give back.

Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, she helped put more than 300 million free books into the hands of children around the world, creating opportunities for families and helping little ones fall in love with reading.

She invested in education and scholarships. She gave millions to families rebuilding after devastating wildfires and supported communities after natural disasters. She donated $1 million toward research that contributed to the development of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and supported pediatric healthcare and research.

And throughout her life, Dolly had a remarkable way of reminding us of our shared humanity. She championed working women, spoke about treating people with dignity and respect, and became someone who could bring people together across generations, backgrounds and beliefs.

She showed us that success can be about more than what you accomplish.

It can also be about who you help.
What you give.
What you change.
And what you leave behind.

The music will live on, but so will the children who discovered their first favorite book because of her. The families who received help when they needed it most. The communities she poured back into. And the countless people she encouraged to dream a little bigger.

What a beautiful legacy of talent, generosity, joy and care. Rest in peace, Dolly Parton. 🕊️

You will always be loved. 🤍 Mom2.0

Comment PITCH if 2027 is the year you finally put your name in the room. 🎤✨

The Mom 2.0 Call for Speakers is officially OPEN, and if you’ve been thinking, “Maybe I could speak at Mom 2.0…” we want you to stop talking yourself out of it.

You don’t need to have the biggest platform.

You don’t need to have spoken on dozens of stages.

You DO need a perspective, experience, strategy, or story that can add something meaningful to the conversation.

Think about:

✨ What do people consistently come to you for advice about?
✨ What have you learned that could save someone else time, money, or frustration?
✨ What’s happening in your industry that we need to be talking about?
✨ What conversation are you uniquely equipped to lead?

That’s where a great pitch can begin.

Mom 2.0 brings together creators, entrepreneurs, business owners, brand and agency professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders—and some of the best sessions happen because someone decided their idea was worth submitting.

Let this be your sign to submit yours.

👇 Comment PITCH and we’ll send you the details to submit your topic for Mom 2.0.

And send this to someone you’d LOVE to see holding a mic at Mom 2.0 next year. 🎤

If you’re building a business or a brand in the margins of motherhood, I hope you give yourself a little more credit tonight. 🤍

Because sometimes “working on your dreams” looks a lot less like a perfectly planned workday and a lot more like…

Opening your laptop after bedtime.
Answering an email from the school pickup line.
Writing down content ideas while dinner is cooking.
Finishing a brand deliverable after everyone else is asleep.
And trying to remember whether tomorrow is spirit day, soccer practice, or BOTH. 😅

It’s a lot.

And while there may not be a magical formula for balancing all of it, there are a few things that can make it feel a little lighter:

✨ Decide what actually has to happen today. Everything on your list does not have the same level of urgency.

✨ Batch what you can. Film a few Reels at once. Write several captions while you’re already in writing mode. Schedule the things that don’t need you in real time.

✨ Create a “good enough” version. Not every piece of content needs three hours of editing. Not every dinner needs to be homemade. Not every day needs to be your most productive day.

✨ Protect a little space for YOU. You are the person behind the brand, the business, the calendar and so much of what keeps your family moving. Your well-being belongs on the schedule too.

And most importantly, remember that the work you’re doing in these little pockets of time counts.

That late-night idea could become the campaign that changes your year.
That Reel you almost didn’t post could introduce you to your next opportunity.
That business you’re building between pickup and bedtime could create possibilities for your family you once only dreamed about.

Keep going, mama. But you don’t have to run yourself into the ground to get there. 💛

Send this to a mom creator who has approximately 47 tabs open in her brain right now. 😅
