Stop in, have a drink, and spend some time in the room.

Circle Back continues on April 8 at 6:30 PM at Iconix Fitness Nashville.

Mental health in hospitality isn’t just conversation. It’s physical too. How we carry stress, how we hold tension, how we reset.

This session will be a 45–60 minute Pilates-based class, designed specifically for hospitality professionals. No experience needed, and no pressure to perform. Same Circle Back approach, just a different way in.

Space is limited for this one.

Circle Back is a peer-support wellness experience, not crisis intervention. If you or someone you know needs immediate support in the U.S., call or text 988.

The Nashville hospitality community has always shown up for one another.

On March 17, Drinking Buddies is hosting a bartender auction at Verna Cafe (6:00–7:30 PM) in support of Big Table, the nonprofit that provides care and support to hospitality workers during difficult moments.

USBG Nashville is proud to participate as a Community Partner, alongside others across the industry who believe in taking care of our own.

Come spend some time with the community and support the people who support hospitality.

Submissions are officially open.

USBG Nashville is inviting bartenders across Tennessee to take part in this year’s local Cocktail Competition.

This round is recipe submission–only, designed to focus on how you think about a drink behind a real bar. No stage. No performance. Just your ideas, your build, and your point of view.

This year’s creative structure centers on Sangria. It is familiar, flexible, and more nuanced than it first appears. A format rooted in hospitality and scale, with plenty of room for creativity, balance, and intention.

If you have ever thought about competing, representing Nashville, or simply putting your work out there in a thoughtful way, this is a strong place to start.

Submissions are open now and close February 22 at 11:59 PM.

Full details, creative brief, and submission link below.

Hospitality means showing up for others - and today, Nashville showed up for its own.

To everyone who shared, posted, donated, or simply reached out: thank you.

While most of the city sleeps, Nashville’s hospitality community is already awake - brewing coffee, polishing glassware, and getting ready to take care of everyone else.

Today, we’re asking the world to take care of them.

Circle Back is Nashville’s hospitality mental-health initiative - built by bartenders, servers, and operators to support their own. It’s about honest conversations, safe spaces, and community that keeps this industry alive.

If you’ve ever been lifted by a smile behind a bar or a perfect pour at the end of a long day, you can help.
Share this post, tag your favorite local spot, or give what you can. Every action matters.
