Organized and United for Respect at Vanderbilt (OUR Vanderbilt) OUR Vanderbilt is a strategic labor-community-faith partnership. We believe we are all called to be witnesses for justice.

We are workers, students, alumni, faculty, and people of faith and conscience working for economic justice in the Vanderbilt community. We believe Vanderbilt can be a place of great conscience although it is too often is a place of great inequity. We believe a better Vanderbilt is possible, where all workers are valued with dignity, respect, and fairness. We believe workers and others directly aff

ected by policy and practices of Vanderbilt can and should play a central leadership role having a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect their lives. We know that when workers, students, alumni, faculty, and people of faith and conscience stand together, change can and will come. Organized and United for Respect at Vanderbilt is an independent, nonprofit organization. OUR Vanderbilt is not affiliated in any way with Vanderbilt University.
