In Pakistan, you're allowed to talk about your own faith, you're just not allowed to proselytize. So, in the hospital, we are free to pray with patients, show the Jesus film, talk about Jesus’ life and work and death and resurrection.” – John C., TEAM

Even though Italy is often seen as a Christian country, the need for followers of Jesus to share the Good News there is still immense. Daniel*, a TEAM global worker, shares, “We've been really surprised to see how many agnostic and atheistic people there are in Italy. Many people that have not only left the Church but just left faith altogether.”

For TEAM workers Daniel* and Leah*, ministry in Italy formed in three different areas. And all three of these avenues have allowed Daniel and Leah to build relationships, with the goal that they will be able to share the Good News of Jesus.

But after doing a ministry internship there, they realized that there is a clear need for the Good News of Jesus to be shared in Italy.
