Among active Gen Z Christians, a strong majority say that missionary work is “very valuable” (Barna). Despite this, there has been a decline in Gen Z Christians actually pursuing missions over the last decade (ECFA).

First, identify potential missionaries among Gen Z and young adults that you know. Then, find out what kind of encouragement or resources they need to discern God’s calling on their lives.
