We greatly appreciate all the support! From the proclamation to the donations. We could never do all that we do without the support of our community.

Last night, at our board meeting, the Village of Montgomery, IL Board proclaimed October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. There are so many forms of domestic violence, and so many community resources, such as Mutual Ground, offer assistance to victims, whether individuals or families.

Thank you to Betsy Santana (COO), Sylvia Acosta Chavez (CEO), Robin Gennell (Board Member), and Andi Danis (Board Member) for joining us to accept the proclamation.

In October, the Montgomery Police Department will accept donations of personal care items for Mutual Ground in its lobby. Feel free to stop by and drop off new household cleaning or personal care items.
