What a wonderful, relaxing evening at the Blount County Rescue Squad fundraiser at the Top of the World! Great fellowship, beautiful surroundings, and all for a great cause. A perfect way to spend a Saturday evening while supporting those who do so much for our community!

Thank you to ECCA for allowing the Blount County Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee, Blount County Young Farmers & Ranchers, Eagleton FFA, and the Blount County Farm Bureau Board of Directors to come together and provide the Eagleton football team with their pregame meal last night! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for the delicious baked potatoes to go with our meal.

It was a pleasure to spend time with these young men, support our local student-athletes, and share just how important agriculture is in our everyday lives, including the food that fuels them on and off the field!

Wishing the Royals a great rest of their season!

Go Royals!

Ohhhh and then there's Paul. He may be on the Farm Bureau Board of Directors, but apparently he thinks that automatically qualifies him for Young Farmers & Ranchers. Somebody might need to explain the “Young” part to him. Bless his heart!

Slowly but surely, we're getting the outdoor garden area ready at Rockford Elementary School!

This is just the tip of the iceberg! We have so many exciting plans for this space, and when it's all said and done, it's going to be a beautiful, peaceful outdoor learning center where students can explore, learn, and get their hands dirty!

There's still plenty of work ahead, but we can't wait to see it all come together!

Have a project in mind for your school? With a little help from the Blount County Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee, you might be surprised at what we can accomplish together! Just reach out. We'd love to help if we can!

Ohhhhh if only we're 20 years younger.... What an opportunity!

We enjoyed our visit with Rockford Elementary's 4th graders so much that we came back for 5th grade!

The Blount County Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee had another great time with the 4-H students! Thank you, Mr. McMillan, for inviting us back. We love seeing these students get excited about agriculture!
