🌿 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Help Beautify Augusta Rescue Mission! 🌿

Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve your community? Augusta Rescue Mission is seeking individuals, church groups, civic clubs, military units, school organizations, and community volunteers to help with outdoor service projects around our campus.

Current opportunities include:

âś… Lawn care and mowing
âś… Landscaping and flower bed maintenance
âś… Campus clean-up projects
âś… Trimming bushes and trees
âś… General outdoor beautification

Your investment of time and effort does more than improve our grounds. Augusta Rescue Mission provides a residential Life Transformation Program where men receive job training, career readiness instruction, discipleship, and practical life skills as they work toward stable employment and independent living. A clean, attractive, and welcoming campus creates an environment that promotes dignity, pride, healing, and hope for the men we serve every day.

These projects are ideal for:
🇺🇸 Military groups
⛪ Church volunteer teams
🎓 High school Beta Clubs and student organizations
🤝 Civic clubs and community groups
👤 Individuals with a heart to serve

At Augusta Rescue Mission, we don’t just provide shelter—we help men rebuild their lives.

One of the key ways we do this is through job readiness and hands-on work training as part of our Life Transformation Program.

Right now, our men are learning valuable skills in landscaping and lawn care, preparing them for real employment opportunities.

We have a need—and you can make a direct impact.

We are currently seeking a donation of:
👉 1–2 used riding lawnmowers (zero-turn preferred)
👉 Units should be in good working condition, even if older

These mowers will be used daily for:
âś… Training men in practical, employable skills
âś… Maintaining our property and work sites
âś… Building confidence, responsibility, and a strong work ethic

There’s truly no better way to help someone get back on their feet than by equipping them with the tools to work.
