🇦🇫PRAY FOR AFGHANISTAN

Heavenly Father, we lift up the people of Afghanistan before You. Five years after the Taliban returned to power, millions continue to live under tremendous hardship and oppression. We pray especially for the 2.4 million girls excluded from secondary education and for women whose opportunities to learn, work, travel, and participate in public life have been severely restricted. Lord, defend the vulnerable, sustain those who feel forgotten, and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Have mercy on Afghanistan’s children as malnutrition reaches critical levels in many provinces. Provide food for hungry families and strengthen those working to bring practical help and care. Protect those suffering injustice, persecution, arbitrary arrest, and violence. Bring conviction to those who abuse their authority, and raise up leaders who will pursue justice and protect human life.

Above all, we pray for a mighty spiritual awakening in Afghanistan. Strengthen believers who follow Christ at great cost. Give them courage, wisdom, and endurance to stand firm in Biblical Truth. Open the hearts of those who do not know Jesus, and make the Gospel known throughout the nation. May Afghans discover the eternal hope, freedom, and salvation that can be found only in Jesus Christ.

We trust that no earthly authority is beyond Your sovereign rule. Turn hearts toward You, advance Your Kingdom, and let the light of Christ shine brightly in Afghanistan.

It is easy to speak of trusting God when His command aligns with our plans. But genuine faith is revealed when His Word calls us beyond comfort, beyond human reasoning, and into costly obedience. Scripture reminds us that true faith does not merely agree with God but it acts on what He has said.

Noah faced a command that must have seemed overwhelming, yet “Noah did all that the LORD commanded him”.

❤His life confronts us with a searching question: Do we trust God enough to obey Him when we cannot yet see what He is doing?

Somewhere today, someone needs to be reminded of what God has said.

Every day, countless voices compete to shape what we believe, what we value, and how we live. Without realizing it, we can allow those voices to influence our thinking and pull our attention away from what God has already made clear in His Word.

Perhaps there is a Biblical Truth God has been pressing upon your heart—a Truth about His character, a promise you’ve learned to cling to, or a passage that has convicted you, strengthened your faith, or brought you back to solid ground.
