Board Spotlight: Meet Riley Pollack‼️
💫 Track 4
💫 Vice President & Co-Chair of our Teen Fundraising Committee

Riley shared that she started CCC as an 8th grader and quickly found friendships through the kindness and welcoming environment she experienced at her very first session. Over the past 3 years, those friendships have continued to grow both inside and outside of CCC!

We're so grateful to have you in LDP, Riley!

✨ Mentor Appreciation Post ✨

We are incredibly grateful for the 22 mentors, including 5 LDP alumni, who have dedicated their time and energy to supporting our teens this semester. Their guidance, encouragement, and leadership have made such a meaningful impact on our program and we were thrilled to celebrate and thank this amazing group for all they do for our community.

On Friday, May 8th, CCC had a wonderful afternoon with the kids and families of Ison Springs Elementary School. 400 people came out to enjoy STEAM activities, Lego building, bracelet making, bouncy houses, music, and more! With the help of our Mitzvah Sponsor, we were also able to distribute over 500 books to children and families. We are so grateful to Ison Springs, our LDP teens, and everyone who helped make the festival possible!

We had a great time at Session 4, exploring what it means to be an empathetic volunteer through discussions about stereotypes, labels, and the real lived experiences of the children and families we work with throughout the year.

Shoutout to .atlanta for bringing the FUN with an incredible team competition all about youth movements in Israel and preparation for the IDF! We loved getting to know you all and learning more about Israeli life and culture. 🙌😎

Prior to the session, 's JAccess program led a thoughtful training that helped our mentors grow as more inclusive and compassionate leaders for our teens. It was so meaningful to put that learning into practice throughout the session!
