Affordable housing gives families room to do more than get by. When parents can afford a place to call home, they have more money for groceries, healthcare and their children’s needs. Children gain stability, and families have a stronger foundation for their future.

Last year, approximately 144,000 eviction cases were filed across five metro Atlanta counties. Behind those numbers are families struggling to keep a roof over their heads. They remind us why affordable housing matters to the strength of our communities.

For our founder, Warrick Dunn, this work has always been personal. He knows how hard single parents work to provide for their children and how much a community’s support can mean.

Through Homes for the Holidays, we provide down payment assistance and fully furnish homes for single parents and their children. By easing some of the costs of becoming a homeowner, we help families begin this next chapter with less financial strain and more room to move forward.

Every family deserves a safe, stable home they can afford. Together, we can help more families build a better future.
