Yesterday was such a meaningful day in Cullman. 💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Cullman Hope & Remembrance Su***de Awareness Walk as we came together to honor and remember the lives lost to su***de, support those who have experienced loss, and remind one another that hope is always worth holding onto.

We are so grateful for every person who walked with us, every volunteer who gave their time, every vendor who joined us, and every individual and organization who helped make this day possible. Your support allows us to continue bringing su***de prevention education, resources, trainings, and support into our communities.

Days like yesterday remind us why these conversations matter. When we come together, learn the warning signs, listen without judgment, encourage one another to seek help, and continue talking openly about su***de prevention, we can make a difference.

To the families and friends who walked in honor of someone they love — we remember with you. 💜

Thank you, Cullman, for showing up for hope, remembrance, and su***de prevention. We are so grateful for this community.

Cullman, we walk this Sunday 💜

This Sunday, September 27, we’re coming together for the Cullman Hope & Remembrance Su***de Awareness Walk at Sportsman Lake Park.

This walk is a time to honor those we have lost, stand alongside survivors, raise awareness, and remind our community that there is hope.

All proceeds from the event will support su***de prevention trainings and support groups throughout the community. We’ll also have food trucks, raffle prizes, vendors, and more!

During Su***de Prevention Month, we’re reminded why awareness, education, and simply being willing to start a conversation are so important.

Ask the question. Listen without judgment. Encourage them to seek help. Sometimes being willing to have the conversation can be an important first step toward hope.

💜 What an incredible afternoon for an even greater cause!

Our Fashion for a Cause event was everything we hoped it would be and more, and we are so excited to share that together, we raised an incredible $7,360 for The SAM Foundation! 🎉

💜 What an incredible day for HOPE.

Yesterday, our community came together for the Jefferson County 6th Annual Su***de Awareness Walk in Memory of Mary Lynn Gray, and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who helped make this year’s walk so special.

To every person who walked, volunteered, sponsored, donated, shared, supported, or simply showed up — thank you. Events like this are only possible because of a community that continues to stand beside us and believe in the mission of su***de prevention.

Yesterday was about remembering those we’ve lost, supporting those who are still fighting, and continuing to have the conversations that can save lives. Su***de is real. Education is key. And su***de is preventable.

When we equip our communities with the knowledge and resources to recognize when someone may be struggling and know how to respond in a crisis, we can make a difference. We can save lives.
