Our Mind Over Matter series is right around the corner and you won't want to miss it! This engaging 5-week program is led by a licensed clinical social worker from UCBC and is designed to teach you tips and tools for managing the strong emotions that often emerge after a cancer diagnosis. See what previous participants have said about Mind Over Matter💙

“This class was so incredibly helpful! I learned so many practical strategies for dealing with stressful situations and regulating my emotions.”

"The curriculum was very helpful. It was wonderful joining others who understand what it is like having a cancer diagnosis and who are empathetic."

If you're interested or have any questions, please reach out to our social work department at [email protected] or 706-353-5010. Please note that pre-registration is required.
