Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special last class of this yearโ€™s WILD YOGA series! And a special thank you to our Spanish-speaking participants who joined us too! ๐Ÿ’›

Thereโ€™s something truly magical about practicing surrounded by nature, with the warm colours of autumn all around us. ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒฟ Moving, breathing and connecting while taking in the beauty of the season made this gathering one to remember.

And of course, a huge thank you to our wonderful teacher Alejandra Alejandra Rico for guiding us through this special practice. โœจ
