It’s time!!! Gingerbread House Kits are officially on sale at the Buddy Program. Kits are on sale now through November 2nd at last year’s price of $175. They will increase in price to $200 a kit on November 2nd! Purchase your kit today for pick up in Aspen or Carbondale the week of 12/7.
Your support ensures youth mentoring for over 500 youth a year from Aspen to Glenwood- that’s 500 youth connected to a supportive, consistent older person in their life who is helping to create belonging and a pathway for leadership for our youth! Thank you!

We are so grateful for continued support from and the Youth Empowerment grant. Their support ensures we can continue our important work in the community to empower youth through mentoring to reach their full potential. This past weekend the Riverview Middle School Outdoor Leadership group enjoyed 3 days and 2 nights of camping in Dinosaur National Monument! The trip was memorable; full of hiking, stargazing, big horn sheep, a visit to the famous dinosaur fossil quarry, and splashing around in the river. One student even shared his crawfish hunting skills with us!

We are so lucky to get to welcome another School-Based Buddy Pair: Lilliana and Makayla! During their first meeting, these two bonded over a couple of slices of pizza and their shared love of gymnastics. We love to see big smiles on day one and look forward to many more to come!

A beautiful smile can make a difference in more ways than one!
This past September, we were incredibly grateful to Andrew Turchin, DMD, for once again supporting the Buddy Program by donating 10% of the proceeds from all cosmetic treatments performed throughout September for Aspen Smile Month.
Your generosity helps us continue providing free youth mentoring services to the young people in our community. Thank you to Dr. Turchin and the entire team for partnering with us to create brighter futures - one smile at a time!

A big thanks to WindWalkers (and their amazing volunteers) for hosting three of our Buddy pairs this past weekend for a session learning how to care for and connect with horses! Though some folks had not ever been on a horse before, everyone got outside for a short ride and left with a smile on their face!

BUDDY PAIR ALERT!
During their pairing, Livi and Taylor found that they both share a love of choir, theater, biking, and Mamma Mia! So they set out to ride bikes and get some gelato for their first outing, where they discovered they also share a favorite ice cream flavor! We look forward to seeing them continue to find similarities and build memories together.
