The Rotary Club of Arcata Sunrise and Rotary Club of Arcata will be assisting artists Joyce Plath and Luke Kennedy with their one time benefit Fire Recovery Art Auction to help raise funds for the artists who lost studios in the fire.

The event is this Saturday, January 31st, from 1p-6p at StartUp Humboldt, 876 7th Street, Arcata, CA 95521.

ALERT - change of location this morning; we’re over at 1251 Ninth Street at the Arcata Playhouse - thanks for being adaptable!

We are the Foggy Bottoms Boys! Our Organic and Humane certified dairy farm provides us with lots of milk to be made into Rumiano Cheese and Butter. Our other critters provide meat, fiber and eggs! Check us out our store for some handmade local products!

This Friday, we welcome community members to join us for breakfast* and hear from speaker Thomas Nicholson Stratton - co-owner of Foggy Bottoms Boys & Jersey Scoops - on top of all that hard and fruitful work, he’s ever-involved in helping our community and is always inspiring to hear from!

Almost every week, Rotary clubs feature community People Of Action as a way to stay informed and connected, locally.
Hope you’ll join us; 7:00 am at Jacoby’s Storehouse plaza view room (third floor; stairs at the front, elevator at the back).

*light breakfast includes coffee, juice, pastries and a a little something special from Havana in Arcata ($15)
