Real Rats Wear Pink is a team represented by past Huron Athletic Staff. Over the course of 10 years, we have raised over $75,000 dollars for Relay for Life!

We started this team in 2011 with the hopes to raise money for the American Cancer Society and promote Huron Athletics positively throughout the Ann Arbor community. With a goal of raising $10,000 in 2021, we are looking forward to meeting and exceeding our fundraising goal and helping the American Cancer Society celebrate more birthdays. Real Rats Wear Pink is honored to continue to support the fight against cancer.

What a day at Relay For Life of Milan. 💗

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hi, supported Real Rats Wear Pink, walked a few laps with us, added a message to our Hope Wall, joined in the fun, or simply spent part of the day with us.

Year after year, this community shows up — and Saturday was no different.

Relay is a reminder of why we keep doing this. Cancer doesn't rest, and neither do we. We keep showing up. Rain or shine. We advocate. We fight. We remember. We celebrate. And we come together for a cause that means so much to so many.

From the first lap to luminaria, we're grateful to everyone who helped make this year's Relay For Life of Milan such a special day.

One more lap. One more memory. One more reason to keep fighting. 💗

RRWP friends & family — come walk with us!

This Saturday, we’re Going for the Gold at Relay For Life of Milan, and we’d love your help keeping Real Rats Wear Pink represented on the track throughout the day.

Cancer doesn’t stop, so neither do we.

We’ve created 30-minute walking slots from 12 PM–10 PM. Grab a time, come walk a few laps with us, visit Camp RRWP, and be part of a day filled with hope, community and heart. You’re welcome to sign up for more than one time slot, too!

More Swing Fore a Cure 2026 Highlights

From the first tee to the final putt, our 15th Annual Swing Fore a Cure Charity Golf Outing was filled with incredible moments, familiar faces, and plenty of fun along the way.

Whether you joined us as a golfer, volunteer, sponsor, donor, or supporter, you helped make this day one to remember.

As we continue looking back on another amazing year, we're grateful for everyone who helped us raise $17,000 in support of the American Cancer Society through Relay For Life.

Thank you for being a part of it all.

What a day.

From sunrise check-in to the final putt, our 15th Annual Swing Fore a Cure was filled with incredible people, unforgettable moments, and a shared commitment to the fight against cancer.

Thanks to our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, donors, and community partners, we raised $17,000 for the American Cancer Society through Relay For Life.

We captured so many amazing memories that we couldn't fit them all into one post... so stay tuned. There's plenty more to share over the coming weeks..
