❤️🖤💚 Today, we honor Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, and reflect on the end of slavery in the United States and the enduring strength, resilience, and hope of those who fought for liberation.

As we commemorate this historic day, we recognize the sacrifices that paved the way, celebrate the progress that has been made, and recommit ourselves to the ongoing pursuit of equity, justice, and opportunity for all.

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is Breaking the Stigma.

ℹ️ Stigma can cause silence, shame, and misunderstanding that prevent people from speaking openly about mental health or seeking support when they need it most. So how do we break it?

📖 By educating ourselves.
