We wanted to make everyone aware of an update we recently received from Journey Credit Union regarding member account identification requirements.

Journey Credit Union has updated their identity verification requirements to help comply with banking regulations and fraud prevention standards. They now require a current government-issued photo ID to be on file for account access and to utilize services.
