SCACA is a non profit agency that provides benefits to South Carolina HS coaches Abide by the rules of the game in letter and spirit.

As a member of the SCACA, coaches will:
*Strive to develop in each athlete the qualities of leadership and good judgment.
*Respect the integrity and personality of the individual athlete.
*Encourage the highest standards of conduct and scholastic achievement.
*Seek to adopt good health habits including the establishment of sound training rules.
*Fulfill responsibilities to provide health services and an environment free of safety hazards.
*Exemplify the highest moral character, behavior, and leadership.
*Provide ethical relationships among coaches.
*Encourage a respect for all athletics and their values. Maintain a program of team environment that is free of fear, discrimination, abuse, and harassment. Respect the integrity and judgment of sport officials. Display modesty in victory and graciousness in defeat. Demonstrate a mastery of and continuing interest in coaching principles and techniques through professional improvement.

Introducing Daniel Little, our 1A Upper State Director and baseball coach at Abbeville High School - SC in Abbeville County School District. ⚾️ With 19 years of SCACA membership, Daniel brings a deep connection to small-school athletics and a passion for supporting coaches and programs across the state.

In his first year on the SCACA Board, Daniel is excited to represent small schools and advocate for the communities he has served throughout his career. He credits SCACA with playing an important role in his professional journey through clinics, All-Star events, networking opportunities, and the chance to coach in two North-South All-Star Baseball Series. 🤝

Two SCACA memories stand out for Daniel: attending his first SCACA clinic in Charleston in 2008 with the Latta High School coaching staff, and receiving the SCACA Baseball Coach of the Year award at the 2019 Hall of Fame Banquet surrounded by friends and family. 🏆

When he’s cheering on his favorite teams, Daniel supports Clemson Athletics and his alma mater, Fleet Athletics! 🐯⚾️

We’re excited to have Daniel serving on the SCACA Board and appreciate his dedication to representing school athletics across South Carolina! 👏
