First Flight Alliance "Inspiring first steps, building a stronger, healthier community." We are continuing to grow rapidly and know that this is just the beginning.

First Flight began with a simple challenge; to inspire ordinary people to do the impossible, complete their first 5K. Our team quickly grew from 7 to 67 original members, sharing their struggles, accomplishments, and words of encouragement. Because of our team and their devotion to become stronger and healthier this has inspired the creation of First Flight, yourfirstflight.org, and Resolution Run
