After considerable discussion and evaluation of current conditions, the Dancing for our Heroes planning committee and the Officers of the Greater Anderson Rotary Club have made the difficult decision to reschedule the 2020 event date to Friday, April 23rd, 2021. We are committed to hosting this event on a safe and appropriate occasion, and took many factors into consideration, including restrictions on venue capacity and the health and safety of everyone involved in the planning and ex*****on of the event.
All agencies and dance teams will have their current registrations transferred to the 2021 event date. The theme will remain the same (ONE HIT WONDERS), and teams that need to make adjustments to their song or dancers to accommodate the updated date can certainly do so. Please notify me so that changes can be approved, or if your agency has extenuating circumstances due to the postponement, please reach out at your convenience.
If you are a donor, sponsor, ticket holder or have otherwise contributed to the event in any fashion already, your contribution/donation/ticket purchase can be transferred to the 2021 date with no additional action needed.
