Hi Kings Grant Homeowners Association In Anderson, SC

We are all aware there is a storm coming. Hopefully, we’re all hunkered down and ready for whatever Mother Nature brings.

Please remember to check on your neighbors to make sure they’re doing ok.
Also, be sure that all animals are inside.

If you have anything that may help a neighbor, especially if we lose power, please post here. You may have ideas for games for kids or something to give away that you won’t use.

This is a wonderful neighborhood .
Let’s do what we can to help each other.

We’ll be here tomorrow if anyone needs our help.

Just a reminder, the Kings Grant Neighborhood Garage Sale is TOMORROW!
(Saturday, October 15th from 7AM to 12PM)

We have placed many announcements on Craigslist, Next Door, and in lots of Facebook groups. If you belong to a group and it seems appropriate, please share the information on behalf of your Neighbors.

We hope that all the participants have a great sale!

Neighborhood Yard Sale: Kings Grant Neighborhood, Anderson SC 29621. October 15th, 2022 7AM-12PM. Many families will be participating with a wide range of items available. Please be sure to check all parts of the neighborhood as each seller will be set up in their own driveway. From I-81, take Ashley Road (GBS Lumber) to Homestead Road, turning onto Homestead to enter the neighborhood. From Concord Road, take Ashley Road to the neighborhood entrance on the left. There will be lots of amazing stuff available for sale – don’t miss out!
