🚨 WHEN A CHILD GOES MISSING, EVERY MINUTE MATTERS. KNOW WHAT RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE. 🚨
When a child goes missing in Alaska, families and law enforcement deserve to know that there are resources ready to help. North Paw K9 Search and Recovery is here to be part of that response. 🐾
💙 Did you know we have access to an NCMEC representative in Alaska? The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children can provide valuable support and resources in missing-child cases when engaged by law enforcement.
🐕 But NCMEC isn’t the only resource available. SEARCH AND RESCUE MATTERS, TOO.
North Paw K9 Search and Recovery and our search-and-rescue partners have capabilities that may assist with missing-person cases, including trained K9 teams and other search resources.
✅ These resources are FREE.
✅ Volunteer teams are ready and waiting.
✅ Trained people and specialized resources are available to assist when requested.
Our teams dedicate countless hours to training, maintaining readiness, and preparing to respond when someone needs help. We do this because our communities matter, because families deserve every available resource, and because bringing someone home safely is what it’s all about.
The hard truth? Many of these volunteer resources remain on standby, ready to help, but cannot simply deploy themselves. We need law enforcement to know what is available and to make the call when these resources may benefit a case.
This isn’t about replacing law enforcement or existing investigative efforts. It’s about working together, using available resources, and leaving no stone unturned when someone is missing.
📢 LAW ENFORCEMENT: North Paw is ready to be a resource. Call us. Consult with us. Put us on standby when appropriate. Let’s work together.
👥 COMMUNITY: Share this post. Help spread awareness so families, agencies, and decision-makers know these resources exist before the next emergency happens.
💙 NCMEC for missing children. SAR for missing people. Collaboration for our communities.
