We’ve been made aware of emails circulating offering to sell a “verified attendee list” for the 2026 AHBA Housing Summit.
This is a scam and is NOT affiliated with the Anchorage Home Builders Association. AHBA has not authorized anyone to sell or distribute our attendee information. Please do not respond, purchase a list, or provide payment information. 🔨

And just to clear up one particularly ambitious claim in the email… there are not 1,532 attendees on our list. 😄

What is true? The 2026 AHBA Housing Summit is nearly SOLD OUT!
