STARTING TODAY! For the month of October, you can support C-10 when you shop at Shaw's in Newburyport. This is the second year Shaw's has selected C-10 to benefit from their GIVE BACK LOCAL reusable bag program, and we are very grateful to participate once again.

How does the program work? From October 1st-31st, every $3 Give Back bag purchased at the Newburyport Shaw's will direct $1 towards C-10. Each bag may seem small, but together they can make a big impact!

We’re excited to share that Shaw’s in Newburyport has once again selected C-10 to benefit from their GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Reusable Bag Program for October!

How does it work? During October, every $3 Give Back bag purchased from the Newburyport Shaw's at 45 Storey Ave. will direct $1 towards C-10. The program begins this this Thursday, 10/1. Thank you for supporting C-10 while you shop!

Earlier this month C-10 was a part of the 2026 Amesbury Live Well Festival. We had a fantastic time and are very grateful to the Amesbury Lions Club for running the festivities! We spoke with local residents about Seabrook Station, emergency resources, and more. We also brought a Lego table that was a big hit with kids.

Attendees were able to obtain potassium iodide (KI) tablets right at the festival, thanks to the Merrimack Valley Public Health Alliance! KI tablets are an important emergency supply to have on hand if you live near a nuclear power plant, and we loved seeing many local households pick-up tablets for their own emergency kits.

The 2026 Amesbury Live Well Festival is happening tomorrow, Saturday 9/12, from 10am-2pm in the Amesbury Millyard! C-10 will be there, along with many other health and community organizations from around Amesbury and beyond.

This family-friendly festival will have free refreshments, live music, kid's activities, and more. We can't wait to see you there, and many thanks to the Amesbury Lions Club for organizing the event!

Save the date! Next week on Tuesday 5/26 the NRC will be hosting their annual public meeting to discuss Safety at Seabrook Station. All are welcome, and this is a great opportunity for the public to hear directly from nuclear inspectors and regulators tasked with keeping Seabrook safe. There will also be time for Q&A from community members.

C-10 will be there, and we hope you can join too! The meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday 5/26 at 5:00pm, and will be located at the Seabrook Public Library at 25 Liberty Street.
