Check out long time Camp Susquehanna Volunteer, Kelsay, on the "Girls With Grafts" Podcast presented by the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors!

Last month on Girls with Grafts, Rachel talked with burn survivor Kelsay Parrott about healing that goes beyond the physical and what it really means to face the emotional side of recovery. 🩷

Kelsay was burned when she was just four years old. She spent years working on her physical recovery before starting the deeper mental and emotional work that changed her life. That shift led to something powerful: connection. She found community at burn camp and even secretly signed herself and her mom up for Phoenix World Burn Congress. There, Kelsay finally felt understood and realized she was never alone.

Today, Kelsay has turned her journey into a purpose. She earned a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry with a focus on trauma and disability, and now uses her story to help others through their own recovery. Her experience reminds us that even the hardest parts of our stories can lead to meaning. ✨

Our Camp 2026 Wishlist is LIVE!
https://bit.ly/CSWishlist26

One of the easiest (and most fun!) ways to support camp is by shopping from our Amazon Wishlist. Every item on the list has a purpose—and will be used directly during our upcoming camp session to help create a safe, exciting, and unforgettable week for our campers and volunteers.

From supplies that power activities, to comfort items that help our campers feel at home, your gift helps bring the magic of camp to life. 💛

Even better—if you’re willing to share the wishlist with friends, family, or coworkers, you’ll help us reach even more people who may want to join in supporting our campers.

Thank you for being part of the Camp Susquehanna family. Your generosity truly makes a difference, and we are so grateful for your continued support.

Last night we had an amazing time at Camp Susquehanna Virtual Springfest! 🎉We painted totes, ate jellybeans, took a wild ride on a virtual roller coaster 🎢, met an albino ferret named Cooper, and answered one of the most important questions of the evening: “If your socks could talk, what would they say?” 🧦😂
It was a night full of creativity, laughter, and camp spirit—and we loved seeing everyone together, even virtually.
And now the excitement really begins… we’ve officially started the countdown to camp! ⏳

45 days and counting until we’re back together in person at Camp Susquehanna! 💛💚

A few members of the Camp Susquehanna leadership team had the pleasure of attending Project Linus – Lancaster/Lititz Chapter’s Make a Blanket Day this weekend! 🧵🩵

For more than 25 years, the Lancaster/Lititz Chapter of Project Linus has generously donated handmade blankets to our campers, providing warmth, comfort, and a reminder that they are supported and cared for.

It was incredible to see the love, time, and dedication that goes into every single blanket. Thank you to the amazing “Blanketeers” for continuing to make a difference for children in need — including our Camp Susquehanna family. 💙
