THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Best of the West End festival this past Saturday, June 6th!

We couldn't have asked for better weather, the sunshine was the perfect backdrop for seeing our amazing community come together. From the local vendors and talented performers to every single person who stopped by to shop, eat, and chat, the energy was absolutely unmatched.

Days like Saturday remind us what makes the West End so special. Seeing neighbors supporting neighbors, local businesses thriving, and everyone lifting each other up is exactly what this community is all about.

And yes, we heard you!

You all showed up with such a massive appetite that we actually ran out of food before the event ended! We love how much you supported our local participating restaurants, and we are already planning for significantly more food options at our next event.

Thank you to Taste of Asia - Alexandria because their restaurant is nearby, they were incredibly generous to step up and refill their station multiple times to keep our hungry crowd fed!

Saturday, June 6, 2026, we invite you to join us for the Best of the West End Festival. WEBA’s first outdoor community celebration in the West End!

What began three years ago as a small indoor event at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center has grown into something much bigger. Thanks to the support and encouragement of our neighbors, we’re bringing the festival outdoors to Cameron Station (Ben Brenman Park Drive) creating a place where residents, local businesses, nonprofits, and community partners can come together, connect, and celebrate everything that makes the West End such a special place to live, work, and do business.

Spend the day enjoying live music from local musicians, delicious festival food from our local restaurants , a beer garden hosted by Port City Brewing Company, vehicle displays from Passport Auto, and more than 50 local businesses, nonprofits, and vendors showcasing the incredible talent, services, and resources available right here in our community.

Whether you’re a longtime resident, a new neighbor, or simply curious about what the West End has to offer, we would love to see you. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected West End.
