⛳🥫 Help Us Drive Out Hunger!

Links on the Bayou is proud to partner with the Food Bank of Central Louisiana for a community food drive from June 16 through July 16.

We invite all golfers and visitors to bring nonperishable food items when you visit the course. Every donation helps provide meals and support to families throughout Central Louisiana who are facing food insecurity.

Suggested items include:
• Canned vegetables, fruits, and meats
• Peanut butter
• Rice and pasta
• Cereal and oatmeal
• Canned soups and beans

Simply drop your donations at the designated collection area inside the clubhouse.

Together, we can make a difference—one can, one box, and one round at a time. Thank you for helping us support our neighbors in need!

Brookshire Grocery Co. is once again rallying support across its communities with the launch of its annual Compassion in Action Food Drive, helping provide critical resources to local food banks and pantries during the summer months.
Through Tuesday, June 23, customers visiting Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, Spring Market, FRESH by Brookshire’s, Reasor’s and FRESH by Reasor’s locations will have the opportunity to contribute to the effort by making donations at checkout.

All contributions will directly benefit local organizations, helping ensure families in need have access to food when it’s needed most. Every dollar will stay within these local communities and help food pantries meet increased demand during the summer season.

Today, Louisiana FFA members stepped up to serve as volunteers during the Louisiana FFA State Convention in Alexandria! We are thankful for their dedication and positive while supporting the Food Bank's hunger relief efforts.

FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. These young leaders are not only building skills for the future, they are giving back to their communities and representing the very best of Louisiana agriculture.

Thank you to all of the volunteers for your hard work and commitment. Your service reflects the values and leadership that make FFA such a powerful organization.

As you are considering what to give, non-perishable items like cereal, oatmeal and rice are of great need as hurricane season is upon us.
