Big hair, rhinestones, plenty of sparkle… honestly, Dolly would’ve fit right in with a Mardi Gras Krewe. 😂💜💚💛

So today, we’re turning up the music and adding a little extra glam in honor of a legend who gave us decades of songs, smiles, and unforgettable style.

Because around here, honey… we don’t work 9 to 5 — WE PARADE OVERTIME! 🎭✨

Dolly showed generations how to be bold, colorful, kind, generous, a little over the top, and completely unapologetic about being exactly who you are.

Around here, we know a little something about sequins, sparkle, big personalities and celebrating life — and Dolly certainly knew how to do all of the above. ✨

The music may be a little quieter today, but the sparkle she left behind will be around for generations.

Mardi Gras season is creeping up FAST! ⚜️🎭

The beads are coming out, the plans are being made, and Krewe des Marginaux is getting ready for our VERY FIRST season! 🦩🥳

It may still feel a little early… but around here, we know better. 😏 The countdown is ON!

Before we know it, it’ll be BEADS. BOOZE. PARADES. REPEAT. 😂📿🥂

📜👑 OFFICIAL DECREE FROM THE KREWE des MARGINAUX 👑📜

We have received an application requesting that #5 be elevated to permanent royalty status.

The credentials were reviewed:

🏆 Heisman Trophy — impressive.
🐯 Great Tiger — absolutely.
🔥 Two incredible seasons — no argument there.

However…

TWO seasons and you already want your crown, your cape AND your number retired?! 😭😂

Baby, this is a Mardi Gras Krewe.

Some of us have been waiting longer than that just to find out where we’re sitting at the ball. 💀🤣

After careful consideration, one king cake, three cocktails and an unnecessarily dramatic Krewe meeting…

👑 ROYALTY APPLICATION: DENIED. ❌

We love ya, #5…

but you’re gonna have to let somebody else wear the jersey. 😂💜💛

💜💚💛 A little loud. A little crazy. A whole lot of heart.

That’s the Krewe des Marginaux.

We were proud to sponsor a tee box at this year’s Walker GMC St. Jude Classic, helping support the amazing mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

These are just a few of our Krewe members who were out enjoying the day, proving that the misfits know how to have a good time and give back.

Because around here, we believe every great party should come with an even greater purpose.

We thought we were just pulling the float out of storage…

Turns out we were also hosting a meeting of the Tiny Quality Control Department. 😂💜💚💛

These kids showed up ready to work. They grabbed rags, wiped down the float, inspected everyone’s progress, gave plenty of unsolicited advice, and somehow still managed to have the most fun out of all of us.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Anybody can have a float.

Krewe des Marginaux is about getting together, making memories, letting the kids get their hands dirty (within reason 😅), and reminding ourselves that Mardi Gras doesn’t start on parade day… it starts with days like this.

Now if we can just convince these little supervisors that they don’t actually run the krewe… we’ll be in good shape. 🤣💜💚💛

🔥 Today was the day! 🔥

The float officially came out of storage, and let me tell you… she definitely needed a little TLC. 😅

In the Louisiana heat, we spent the day scrubbing, cleaning, replacing boards, measuring, building, and bringing our vision to life. It’s still far from finished, but seeing it start to come together has us SO excited!

We can’t wait to show y’all what we’ve been working on. Trust us… this one is going to turn some heads. 👀🎉

Today we’re celebrating a guy who’s always down for a good time, always supporting the Krewe, and always representing us wherever he goes.

We hope your day is filled with great friends, cold drinks, unforgettable memories, and maybe just a few questionable decisions along the way. 🍻😂

Thanks for being part of the Krewe family. We can’t wait to celebrate with you again soon!
