Important information regarding Civic Plaza:
* Parking under Civic Plaza is free.
* This year there will be re-entry privileges (in&out)
* Vapes will be allowed into Civic Plaza.
Banned items listed below.
*Aerosols
* Animals (except certified s services animals or service animals in training)
* Audio/video recording equipment other than personal cell phones
* “Colors” or any other form of gang affiliation
Coolers
* Drones/Unmanned Aerial *Vehicles (UAVs)
*Glass bottles
*Fireworks
*Fi****ms or other weapons including, but not limited to knives, clubs, OC Spray, etc.
Except by commissioned law enforcement officers or those permitted under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA)
*Horns or noise makers or other items intended to disrupt an event
*Illegal substances or items of any kind
*Laser devices/pointers
*Purses/bags larger than 5.5” x 8.5” unless clear
No outside food or beverages
For the purposes of the Plaza, event associated Food Trucks are not considered “outside food”
* Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles cannot be ridden on the Plaza
* Sticks, clubs (medically required canes are permitted)
Including signs affixed to sticks
Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, etc.
* Canopies or large umbrellas
Vendors and exhibitors affiliated with the event are exempted
*Any other item deemed inappropriate at the discretion of facility managemen
