⛳ Calling all golfers and local businesses! Our 3rd Annual ABC House Golf Scramble is teeing off Friday, August 14th at the Corvallis Club, and there's still time to get in on the fun!

We have team spots AND sponsorship opportunities available. Whether you want to hit the course with your crew or get your business in front of 150+ golfers and community members from across the mid-Willamette Valley, this is your chance to support a great cause while having a great time.

Every year during SELCO Steps Up Celebration Week, we surprise our in-branch members with treats while also hosting a vote to support a local nonprofit.

We’re excited to kick things off by sharing this year’s winners—and shining a light on the incredible work they do in our communities! 💛

Our first in-branch winner comes from our Albany Branch. After counting the votes, ABC House has been selected! As a Children’s Advocacy Center, ABC House is dedicated to breaking the cycle of child abuse and neglect—and making a lasting difference for children and families. They’ve received a $2,500 donation from SELCO to support their mission.

Throughout the month of May, the members and staff of F45 North Albany went above and beyond, sweating it out while raising vital funds for ABC House. We are so moved by their generosity and commitment.

Last Friday, we had the honor of being awarded a $1,500 grant from the Community 101 class at West Albany High School, a student-led grant program made possible by the Oregon Community Foundation. These students took the time to research local organizations, review applications, and ultimately decided to invest in our work. That kind of thoughtful, intentional giving from young people is truly inspiring. Thank you, Community 101, for believing in what we do and for being such a meaningful part of our community. Shoutout to the amazing students of Scio FFA for organizing the sweetest movie night fundraiser! These high schoolers put it all together — AND brought snacks for our snack closet too! Every dollar raised goes straight to supporting the children we serve at ABC House, and we just can't get over how thoughtful and hardworking this group is.
