🏳️‍🌈 Pride was an uprising for basic rights. It was born from the fierce, unapologetic courage of trailblazers who refused to be silenced, hidden, or erased.

As we celebrate June Pride Month, we don't just celebrate how far we’ve come we honor the immense inner strength it takes to live authentically in a world that still tries to demand conformity.

🎉Staff Highlight🎉

Meet Ashley Vermillion, Director of our Therapeutic Early Childhood Program! Ashley joined Family Tree back in 2018 as a teacher for the toddler class and quickly moved her way up. While she doesn’t get to be in the classroom with the kiddos much anymore, she spends her days going to our sites in Albany, Lebanon, and Sweet Home where she oversees leadership staff as they support their teams and classrooms. She also participates in many community and outreach events, works with SNAP benefits, and reports on TECP for grants and contracts.

Ashley’s favorite thing about working with Family Tree is “getting to see the children and family grow through our support. I love walking alongside a family, validating their struggles, and assisting them to overcome the barriers they are facing.” Thanks for all you do, Ashley!
