❤️We are incredibly honored and grateful to share that an article has been written featuring our Founder and Chair of the Board, Carin Andersen, as she courageously highlights her personal journey with aortic disease and the mission behind both Think Aorta US and Aortic Hope.

❤️What began as a life-changing diagnosis became a purpose-driven commitment to ensure that no patient, survivor, caregiver, or family walks this path alone.

❤️Through advocacy, education, awareness, support, and empowerment, Carin’s journey continues to inspire meaningful change within the aortic community both locally and globally.

❤️Thank you for helping shine a light on the importance of recognizing symptoms, advocating for care, and building hope through connection.

❤️Together, we continue to remind the world to Think Aorta and choose Aortic Hope.

Having survived an aortic dissection, Carin Anderson turned a frightening experience into one of hope, founding the charity Aortic Hope to provide support and awareness for others with aortic disease.

6/15✨ It's A Movement For Movement Monday ✨

Small movement today is strength tomorrow.

Every stretch, every step, and every intentional moment of movement is an investment in your future self. Progress isn’t always measured by big milestones. It’s often built through the quiet consistency of showing up, even in small ways. The movement you choose today lays the foundation for greater strength, resilience, and confidence tomorrow.

☀️ As temperatures rise, remember that movement looks different in the heat. Warmer weather can affect blood pressure, increase fatigue, and dehydration can impact how your body responds; especially if you take heart or blood pressure medications. Stay hydrated, move during cooler parts of the day, and listen to your body. Resting when needed is part of moving wisely.

What small movement are you choosing today to build strength for tomorrow? 💙
