Looking for your next opportunity in advancement and fundraising? Radcliffe Creek School in Chestertown, Maryland, is seeking a Director of Advancement and Strategic Partnerships to join its leadership team.

This relationship-driven role will lead a comprehensive advancement strategy designed to strengthen donor relationships, inspire philanthropy, expand strategic partnerships, and advance the school’s mission of helping students with learning differences thrive.

The Director will work closely with the Head of School, Board of Trustees, and Advancement Committee to grow annual giving, major gifts, foundation support, planned giving, special events, and community partnerships.
