Just a few hours left to help Grace and the We Cancerve team raise money for the We Cancerve Pediatric Patient Assistance Fund at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Started in 2016, the fund has provided:

* 259 Gas gift cards
* 68 Grocery gift cards
* 358 Roundtrip ride shares (Lyft/Uber)
* 500 Hospital parking passes
* $17K+ in bill assistance (utilities, rent, mortgage), medical out-of-pocket expenses and groceries for home to lighten the parents' burdens when caring for a child fighting cancer.

THANK YOU HARFORD COUNTY for answering our call in October 2025 to collect new and like-new boys clothes, children's toys and games for our friends at a children's home in Kenya. Our shipment was delayed due to war and recent protests over gas prices, but we are so excited that the items have arrived! It's official! The Threads of Hope Clothing Closet II is officially open and running at Riverside Elementary School in Joppatowne, MD. Special thanks to Patterson Mill High's Samuel Park, who adopted this project as his Eagle Scout project, and Gloria Park, who oversees our entire clothing security portfolio and to our clothing sponsors Macy's, Harford County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc and members of WeCancerve Movement. The new and like-new business and business casual attire have been most popular, especially amongst the young men.

It's Springtime and We Cancerve Board of Advisors are springing into action to make sure our friends at Halls Crossroads Elementary School are prepared for warmer weather. Board members (L-R) Violet Leishman, Gloria Park and Natalie Deitz restocked our Threads of Hope Clothing Closet. Special thanks to Macy's for the generous donation, which continues to provide a valuable resource to our community.
