Cheryl's Resilient Girl’s mission is to provide resources and support for youth who have been exposed to and impacted by domestic violence. CRG offers a unique experience of resiliency in an effort to reduce the painful effects of abuse. CRG will provide resources and programming to embrace healthy relationships one youth at a time! When a parent reaches out for help against domestic violence, the

primary focus is initially on supporting the adult survivor. Many programs do not primarily support youth who have been exposed to domestic violence in their homes. It is critical to be able to assist youth who live with domestic abuse as they have higher levels of behavioral and emotional problems than non-impacted youth. Youth growing up in homes where there is domestic violence and abuse are subjected to growing up in an atmosphere of fear, uncertainty, and insecurity.

It’s been 25 long hard years since you’ve been gone! How is that even possible… You’ve been missed so much.

It doesn’t get easier because you deserve to be here alongside US. You don’t want to question God but damn you wanna question God! Where’s the LOVE in taking the ONE you LOVE! Leaving me a Motherless Daughter and your Grands without their Grandma, that s**t ain’t right! There’s no way to make sense of it, no cliche to fix it or scripture to make it better.

Cheryl Renée I miss you each and every day. Your smile and laugh linger on in me, your kind heart travels through me and your love surrounds me. Keep us safe, Keep me Humble and I’ll continue to make you proud!

To the coward who murdered you, Clay Caldwell PA inmate … I continue to say F YOU!

My Mother fought hard for her life, she was stabbed, hair pulled from her head and beat to death. She died on her hallway floor… Because she wouldn’t drop assault charges or drop the Protective Order…

25 years….

RePosted • 🎄 Domestic Violence Doesn’t Take a Holiday 💜

I wish I could tell you that the holiday season magically pauses the pain for survivors of domestic violence, but the truth is—it doesn’t. While many are celebrating with joy and laughter, others are walking on eggshells, bracing for the storm, or trying to keep their kids safe from harm.

Holidays can make abuse even worse. Stress runs high, finances get tight, and abusers use the season to manipulate or control their families. For survivors, it’s not just about getting through the day—it’s about surviving it.

If you or someone you know is experiencing this, please know you’re not alone. There’s help, hope, and a way out—even during the holidays.

Let’s work together to make sure every family has a chance at true peace this season. 💜

• Every 40 Seconds, a Child Witnesses Domestic Violence.

💔 Think about that.
While you’re reading this post, another child is watching their world fall apart—feeling helpless, scared, and confused.

They don’t just see the abuse; they live it. They feel the tension. They hear the screams. They endure the violence in silence, and the trauma stays with them for life.

What kind of world are we creating for these children?

It’s not just “adult problems”—it’s a lifelong scar for the innocent.

We can’t keep turning a blind eye. We must do better.

🔗 Join the movement to protect our children and break the silence on domestic violence.
