The BMSLL Annual Managers Meeting 2025 successfully brought together over 100 participants, including staff from the Country Office, Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers, for a day focused on operational performance, collaboration, and shared growth.
The meeting featured key presentations and discussions, including a session on Communications highlighting its importance and outlining milestones achieved within the establishment of the function. The Annual Staff Performance Awards were also reintroduced, recognizing outstanding contributions across the organization.
A key highlight of the meeting was the strong focus on operational growth, stability, and the adoption of best practices going forward, with communication intentionally integrated to support alignment and performance across all levels.
Both the Country Director and the CEO of BRAC Liberia Microfinance Company Limited delivered strong messages, encouraging staff and management to work with unity, uphold the integrity of the organization, and remain committed to its core values. Emphasis was placed on zero tolerance for corruption, reaffirming BRAC’s standard of accountability and responsibility.
The meeting concluded with the CEO’s keynote, followed by engagement sessions and networking, marking a successful and impactful gathering.
