Dear residents of Ping An Green RN, do take note of the announcement here, thank you.

With the haze situation expected to improve, we will cease haze mitigation measures from 6pm, Saturday, 7 November 2026.

This includes:
• Concluding the distribution of N95 or equivalent masks at Community Clubs (CCs)
• Closing haze shelters at CCs and selected Residents’ Committee and Residents’ Network Centres

Thanks for looking out for your neighbours through this period. Let's continue to care for our community together!

Yes! It's our last round of workshops held in collaboration with Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore with their staff coming in to give our residents a briefing on phishing scam emails & messages as well as how to take precautionary measures and actions if they unknowingly do spread them out to their friends or relatives etc.

It's a wonderful morning here at Our Kampong Chai Chee big community with bright sunshine and clear blue skies. We hope our residents benefited from this series of workshops specially organized just for them. Do let us know if there are any areas for improvement and we shall improve on that, thank you.

Congratulations to Ms Rena, our very first Singaporean being elected to the International Court of Justice!

[A Historic Election!]

🇸🇬 Ambassador Rena Lee has just been elected as a Judge of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), with an overwhelming majority in both the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council!

This historic first underscores the strong affirmation of the confidence in Rena, amidst a very strong field of candidates up for election. Singapore’s candidature, our very first, represents the value we see in upholding the international rule of law, particularly as a small state, supporting a rules based multilateral system. International law is the common language with which all states, big or small, can transact and the ICJ plays an important role in upholding peaceful settlement of disputes.

Since her candidature was announced, I have had the privilege of supporting Rena’s campaign closely and watching her at close quarters. Over the past many months, she has engaged with governments, understanding and reflecting their concerns and aspirations. It has been a long and demanding campaign, but Rena has shown remarkable resilience, tenacity and quiet determination throughout.

And despite all that she has achieved, she remains the same Rena I have known since our days in law school - warm, thoughtful, deeply principled and wonderfully down-to-earth. And still happiest with a good bowl of fishball noodles!

I would like to add my deep and heartfelt thanks to many colleagues at the Ministry of Law, Singapore, the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our many overseas missions, who have worked tirelessly, often behind the scenes, to support Rena’s candidature. This achievement means a great deal to everyone who has been part of the journey. Singapore does not always see the work of our public service officers operating overseas, but they do an incredible job for Singapore.

But above all, I am simply overjoyed for an old friend. There is something very special about seeing someone you have known for so long reach such an important milestone, especially knowing how much she has given to get here.

Yes! It's our Bi-weekly eggs distribution once again happening here at Ping An Green RN! We have organized two sessions for different groups of residents. One session in the morning to cater to residents from Blk 41 to 45, Chai Chee Street such that we can free up the manpower for our weekly rescued vegetables and fruits distribution which is at 3:00pm while we despatch 2-3 volunteers to Blk 38 & 39, Chai Chee Ave so that we could deliver the eggs to the void decks so that the residents especially the senior ones would not need to travel far to collect their eggs.

Special thanks to all our members & volunteers for assisting us in these distributions, thank you all so much!

It's another wonderful & "egg-citing" Saturday with clear blue skies once again! We hope that all of you are coping well while we await another wonderful Sunday ahead! Cheers!

Yes! Good afternoon to all our residents here at Ping An Green RN! It's another week passed and we are at our weekly rescued vegetables and fruits distribution once again.

We have collected a sizable amount of vegetables and fruits and are good enough to distribute to all our residents in the queue this afternoon.

Deepavali is fast approaching and we would like to wish all our Indian residents an advanced Happy Deepavali!

Special thanks to all our community partners, Mr Yihong Daniel Yap from Fridge Restock Community SG, Ms Sandy Goh from Sharing Passion, Mr Gurmit Singh from Fengshan Distribution Point and Mr David Lee from the Lion's Club at PPWC, thank you all so much!

Good morning to all our residents here at Ping An Green RN! It's Thursday and we hope that all of you are coping well as we are about to enjoy another great weekend ahead!

We held a technical sharing workshop yesterday morning in collaboration with Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore sharing knowledge of the ride hailing mobile applications to 24 of our senior residents coming in for the session. Downloading the ride hailing mobile applications and how to use them are some of the topics covered during thea session. After the session, we prepared some snacks and beverages for them.

We have another session coming up next Wednesday, 4th November 2026 morning and we do hope that more senior residents will join us then, thank you.

Good evening to all our residents here at Ping An Green RN! Yes, some of you may have seen us walking round the estate this evening and we are done for the month of October'2026. We observed that some of the lights were not working whereas done areas are dimly lit. We saw some tripping hazards with uneven metal covers along the drains whereas some areas required covering up especially those closer to the common walkways with high footfall. Shared platform bicycles park along with residents' bicycles and it creates untidiness and becomes obstacles and blocks the escape routes.

We will follow-up all these issues & observations being brought up by our members to East Coast Town Council this evening and see how we can collaborate and get them resolved.

Yes! It's a beautiful Sunday morning and here we are! Our members & volunteers came in earlier this morning to get everything prepared and done up just in time for our monthly haircuts for our senior residents. Yes, we have changed the free haircut sessions to the 4th Sunday of the month starting this month.

We had close to 20 senior residents dropping by to have their haircut and they looked really good after the haircut. A fresh new look for a fresh new month coming up!

We have a few members & volunteers who are currently undergoing "haircut training" and in due course, we hope to train more "hairstylists" of our own so that we can expand our "haircut operations"!

We have prepared some snacks & beverages for our seniors both in the queue and those who had their haircut. It's a beautiful & windy Sunday morning with little sunlight.

Yes! It's another wonderful weekend & we hope you are enjoying it! The haze situation gets better this morning but we got to be prepared for the worst if wind direction changes. We are all ready as our Ping An Green RN premise is equipped with air purifiers and it can be a relief centre for residents who are in need of fresh air and a quiet space to rest and mingle around with other residents. We stand ready to help and we are ready for whatever it may come.

Here's a recap of our weekly rescued vegetables & fruits distribution yesterday afternoon where we distributed the rescued vegetables & fruits to our residents after a downpour.

Be it rain or sunshine, we will always be there for our residents from Our Kampong Chai Chee community.
