Yes! It's another month passed! We held our RN Monthly meeting last night and we went through quite a fair bit of municipal issues being feedback by members as well as the selection of 3 key appointment holders for the next term. We have regular house visits with estate walkabouts and our members have done well in both giving improvement proposals and engaging residents as well.

We celebrated the birthdays for two of our members who are June babies. Happy birthday to both of you and let's continue doing good for our Ping An Green RN community!

Yes! Good morning to all our residents here at Ping An Green RN! "Something is brewing" and it's for our "big day" in the upcoming month of August'26. Our members & volunteers have started planning for it earlier this year as it is going to be another "bigger scale" operation as compared to last year, we need more time and manpower to help execute some of the pre-preparation works.

So, here we are. Our members & volunteers have been kept busy for the past one week or so and we expect the work to become heavier as the "big day" approaches.

Special thanks to all our members in the working committee for "making things happen" and in exploring more options available when one doesn't work for us. We work as a team & we "conquer" and clear all the obstacles in front of us together with resourcefulness and perseverance, we will be there, together!

In the meantime, stay tuned to our page while we will bring you the latest news & updates of the community.

These are some support measures - in cash - that we can expect from Budget 2026 to help us manage the cost-of-living pressure. 👌👍💪

Yes! It's our Bi-weekly eggs distribution once again here at Ping An Green RN! We had to separate it from our weekly rescued vegetables and fruits distribution simply because there are really many more residents who wanted the eggs but not for the rescued vegetables and fruits.

We are doing some "fine-tuning" of the collection process and we hope residents can understand that. It might take a while but from time to time, we hope it will get better as our members & volunteers become more familiar with the process. We are trying very hard to do whatever we can to minimize the queuing. It's "eggstraordinary" hot & humid this afternoon but luckily, the eggs distribution is done in the morning.

We would like to thank for the "Protein Pledge" initiative and NTUC FairPrice for the eggs. It's a Bi-weekly distribution so we shall see you all in two weeks time!

Yes! It's another of our estate walkabout and this evening, we are at Blk 10, 10A Pavilion and Blk 11, Chai Chee Road en-route to Blk 38, 39 & 49, Chai Chee Ave together with our East Coast Town Council Property Officer, Mr Edward.

We have identified a few municipal issues namely crows & pigeons found residing at some of the trees, some trees need to be trimmed down as too close to the HDB blocks, insufficient lightings at certain high footfall areas and locations. We have also identified the walkway along Blk 11, Chai Chee Road carpark not having sufficient lighting causing certain areas to be a bit dark especially high footfall ones, these areas certainly need to be brightly lit. Members found the grass patch nearer to the children playground at Blk 38 & 39, Chai Chee Ave not cut and have grown far too long which could breed mosquitoes etc, TC will act on it. Metal grille covers for some pathways to be customized so that residents with bicycles, PMDs or wheelchairs can have easier access without a need of having someone to push etc.

All in all, it's really a nice chill evening with our Ping An Green RN members walking alongside our TC Property Officer to get all these issues identified and to be resolved before it gets worse.

Yes, it's our house visit once again at Ping An Green RN! It's becoming more and more regular as we step up our frequencies for the past 2 months. The feedback we gathered is encouraging and we will work with the relevant agencies and authorities to get the issues resolved while we also want to thank some of our residents for their kind words as well when our members & volunteers go for the house visits.

Special thanks to our members, Ms Anna Wong and Mr Wong, thank you for conducting the house visits at Blk 40, Chai Chee Ave.

We are not done yet but we will be back soon, see ya!

Wow, the weather nowadays is really abnormal. It gets as hot as it is at times while experiencing slight drizzling over a big sun at other times. People can get sick easily due to such abnormal climates so, drinking lots of water and maintaining an active lifestyle might help with some precautionary measures taken such as cleaning and washing our hands more frequently and putting on masks while outdoors. With news of COVID-19 cases rising, it is also important that we help to prevent the spread and protect our loved ones from diseases and sickness.

We collected quite a substantial amount of vegetables and fruits this morning as compared to previous weeks. we are happy to distribute to all our residents in the queue this afternoon as much as we can.

Special thanks goes to all our community partners, Mr Yihong Daniel Yap from Fridge Restock Community SG, Ms Sandy Goh from Sharing Passion at Blk 702, Bedok Reservoir Road, Mr Gurmit Singh from Fengshan Distribution Point and Mr David Lee from the Lion's Club at PPWC, thank you all so much!

It's not an easy feat as the distribution might just take around 30 minutes but the pre- preparation works can take as long as 6 to 7 hours starting as early as 9:00am in the morning for almost every week.

We thank our members & volunteers for assisting us and helping us to do the distribution week in, week out. Thank you to each & every one of our members & volunteers. Let us look forward to a great weekend ahead!
