ance and training excellence are the key priorities of SCCIOB. Our training framework has established and robust built-in processes that cover areas like course development, trainers’ selection, training delivery and training evaluation in the management system enable us to provide quality training and in achieving training excellence. We also believe that a conducive learning environment maximises learning capacity. Thus in SCCIOB, we invest in technologies and resources to provide students with the required learning facilities and student support services.

学院成立于1984年,之后于1996年,由一所政府资助开办的教育培训中心,成功提升为目前的管理学院。学院为各阶层人士提供多样化的课程,包括公司/业界领袖、高级经理、专业人士,以及本地学生。课程种类主要为三种:商务课程、文化语言课程、技术培训、以及根据客户所需而特别制定的培训课程。由于学院是新加坡中华总商会的附属机构之一,我们提供的课程大多以中文为主,以便为各界华商及中小企业服务。

学院凭借过去29年的经验,在整体内部运作上已经有了周全的协调,这都为学员创造了最有利的学习环境。为了使学院能够继续提升各方面的水平,我们坚信倾听学员反馈的重要性。因此,除了与学员在课堂上直接进行交流的方式,学院还建立了一套学员反馈机制,让所有学员能够提出对学院做出反馈和提出建议。我们希望所有的学员都能充分利用我们的设施及资源,以便在学习过程中充分获益。
