HHRD has always a quick response to human s
ufferings in emergency and disaster situations around the world. In addition to our emergency relief efforts in natural or man-made disasters, we also work on long term relief and development programs. Our partners range from small community support groups to national alliances and international relief organizations. HHRD’s Orphan Support Program – OSP, is meant to provide environment and prerequisite that help grooming of a child to be resilient individual having self-respect, good moral character, self-confidence, courage and health. Program expects from its interventions a psychologically, morally, and physiologically healthy child who is socially appreciated and is consistent achiever in the field of education to be successful member of society when adult. A comprehensive child development model true to real life needs of vulnerable children was developed and implemented. The program now operates in 11 countries around the Globe serving more than 13,000 orphan children residing in Afghanistan, Haiti, Jordan, Kenya, Myanmar, Macedonia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Somalia, and Uganda.
